This piece symbolizes living a life in close relationship to God and how it pleases Him.

Like billows of smoke, this worship rises to God and affects all around.

It was inspired by my three friends.

Friends that have proven “a friend loves at all times”.

Friends that celebrate the strengths within you and never highlight your weaknesses.

Friends that have been my pillars when I needed prayer.

Friends that understand your crazy with laughter.

Friends whose forgiveness comes swiftly on the breathe winds of love.

Standing with their radiant light and unique colors,

they become a fragrant offering to Him who made them

and a pleasing aroma to all who have the honor of being in their presence.

They represent a life surrendered to God’s will, obedient and in true relationship with God.

They are steadfast and their lives show their glory for the display of the splendor of the Lord. They acknowledge and offer praise back to Him with their lives, knowing it’s all about Him and for His glory.

The darkness assumes its role as the absence of light. They are well aware of it all around but do not fear because on the solid Rock, they stand-rooted and flourishing in good soil.

The darkness only serves to show their RADIANT LIGHT.

“But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation,

God’s special possession, that you may declare the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light.”

1 Peter 2:9

“For once you were full of darkness, but now you have light from the Lord.

So live as people of light!

For this light within you produces only what is good and right and true.

Carefully determine what pleases the Lord.”

Ephesians 5:8-10

“So all of us who have had that veil removed can see and reflect the glory of the Lord. And the Lord—who is the Spirit—makes us more and more like Him as we are changed into his glorious image.”

2 Corinthians 3:18

"For God, who said, ‘Let there be light in the darkness,’ has made this light shine in our hearts so we could know the glory of God that is seen in the face of Jesus Christ.”

2 Corinthians 4:6
